In order to strengthen the spirit of solidarity, build a sustainable corporate culture and create a dynamic working environment, Duc Tan Saigon Plastic Co., Ltd. organized a vacation program combined with exciting team building activities at the beach in July 2025. This is a meaningful annual activity, expressing the gratitude of the Board of Directors to all officers and employees for their continuous efforts and dedication over the past time.
A journey of unity – A strong collective
From the moment they set foot in the venue, more than 100 members of the Duc Tan family put on their signature blue shirts, carrying with them an excited spirit and ready to take on exciting challenges. Under the clear blue sky and cool sea breeze, the atmosphere of the program quickly became lively and exciting.
The team building activities were designed in a variety of ways, from physical games such as tug of war, sack jumping, overcoming obstacles, to challenges requiring flexible coordination and team tactics. The cheers, bright smiles and enthusiastic encouragement created a harmonious atmosphere, where each individual had the opportunity to demonstrate their role, team spirit and determination to overcome all limits.
Celebrating the victory – Spreading joy
The award ceremony is a memorable moment, marking the recognition of the efforts and competitive spirit of the participating teams. The awards were announced in turn with excitement and pride: First Prize, Second Prize, Third Prize and Encouragement Prize.
Not only honoring achievements, these moments also clearly demonstrate the spirit of solidarity, sharing and commitment towards a common goal – which creates the cultural identity of Duc Tan Saigon Plastic Co., Ltd.
Symbol of unity – Spreading impression
A special highlight of the trip was the “DT” logo formation – short for Duc Tan – made by the company members themselves and recorded from a flycam perspective. That unique image not only has collective artistic value, but also symbolizes the spirit of unity, belief in the journey of sustainable development and the aspiration to reach further of the whole company.
The trip ended in a bustling atmosphere with a group photo under the bright sunlight. Every smile, every look reflected the solidarity, camaraderie and positive energy, ready to spread when returning to daily work.

Team Building 2025 is not just a vacation program, but also an internal glue, a spiritual foundation that helps Duc Tan Saigon Plastic Co., Ltd. to continuously move forward on the journey of development.
